Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no social media plugins and no third-party fonts – all files are served from our own server. The “Show on map” link leads to OpenStreetMap; once you click it, that service’s privacy policy applies.

Server logs

Like any web server, our hosting provider’s server records technical connection data: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type. This data is used only to keep the website secure and working, and is not combined with any other data.

Correspondence

If you email or call us, we process the data you give us (such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to reply and continue the conversation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the conversation concerns a contract, steps taken before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as the matter requires, and longer only where the law requires it or to protect against claims.

Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, email) under data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area and do not make automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
